Impact of 3D measurement and imaging technology on engineering, manufacturing

EVENT: “Advancements in 3D Measurement and its Impact on Digital Engineering and Manufacturing Process Validation” will focus on the business and engineering impact of three-dimensional noncontact measurement technologies, such as white light and laser scanning.

Speakers from the University of Michigan, Boeing, Harley-Davidson, General Motors Corp., Ford Motor Co., Coherix and InnovMETRIC will offer insights on how 3D noncontact measurement and imaging technology are improving engineering design, tooling construction and manufacturing quality.

PLACE: Hussey Room, located on the 2nd floor of the Michigan League, 911 North University Ave., Ann Arbor.
