Helen A. Baghdoyan, a faculty member at the Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine, will be professor of anesthesiology and of pharmacology at U-M, effective Aug. 1.
Daniel G. Brown, a faculty member at Michigan State University, will be associate professor of natural resources and environment at U-M, effective Sept. 1.
Evan H. Caminker, a faculty member at the University of California at Los Angeles, will be professor of law at U-M, effective Sept. 1.
Izak Duenyas, associate professor of industrial and operations engineering at the U-M College of Engineering, will be associate professor of operations management at the U-M School of Business Administration, effective Sept. 1.
Robert L. Howse, a faculty member at the University of Toronto, will be professor of law at U-M, effective Sept. 1.
Vassilio Lambropoulos, a faculty member at the Ohio State University, will be professor of modern Greek studies at U-M, effective Sept. 1.
Ralph Lydic, a faculty member at the Pennsylvania State University, will be professor of anesthesiology, professor of physiology, and the Bert N. LaDu Professor of Anesthesiology Research at U-M, effective Aug. 1.
Andrei Steven Markovits, a faculty member at the University of California at Santa Cruz, will be professor of German at U-M, effective Sept. 1.
Tomoko Masuzawa, a faculty member at the University of North Carolina, will be associate professor of history and comparative literature at U-M, effective Sept. 1.
